Top Gear star Richard Hammond is backing the launch of the Brain Injury Hub, a new website funded by The Children's Trust, of which he is Vice President.

The site aims to provide information and support to the parents of sufferers, featuring clinical expertise and discussion forums. Hammond suffered a brain injury in a car crash in 2006, and comments 'The Children’s Trust’s Brain Injury Hub will at last provide these families with the information they need'.
